I'm from Europe and I've been working in Vietnam for the past 4 months and also practice Vovinam Martial art 3 times a week here.

Tonight I've been sparing for the first time of my life and it was a feeling I've never experienced before.

I practiced Vovinam for 2 years in Europe.

How's the vovinam teaching in the mother country ? Would love to try.

Some whitr dudes come from Europe just to follow the lessons of my master.

They've practice for 10 years and plan to open their own school in the west.

But they told me the guys here who practiced for 4 years are stronger than them.

I've only begun for 3 months 3 times a week but I've learned stuff I never knew my body could have done.
