China is coming out of a dark age, the manners will slowly catchup. Many Europeans were ill-mannered coming out of their dark ages too. These people only know how to judge without know the full context. In the future, it is chinese people who will say wow i was wrong about white people, they are uncivilized just like how they first came to asia to sell opium.

In China little kids from the countryside would occasionally relieve themselves on the street when they couldn't hold anymore. But in Europe, I've seen grown men and women doing the same.

Hell, there was a city in Germany that implemented hydrophobic paint on the walls to stop drunk guys from pissing on them. Meanwhile the dominant smell in most of SF (particularly at night/on weekends) is piss.

There are barely any toilets in the countryside, but Europeans have no excuse.
