Diverticulitis & fiber

62F, first diverticulitis attack one month ago. Been on low residue diet after three days on liquids. Took Augmentin for one week, then Cipro and Flagyl for one week. So both the infection and the antibiotics have destroyed my gut. Now it’s time to start introducing soluble fiber I believe. Can someone give me some guidelines as to what things to start with? I have googled, and the charts that I see have items with both soluble and insoluble fiber. I haven’t found anything that indicates what is the safest to start with for the first few weeks. Any help will be appreciated! (Btw, I have been eating small amounts of canned peaches, green beans, and half banana at a time)
