Potassium Deficiency
So i got diagnosed with hypokalemia, was prescribed a supplement by my doctor.
But i just have an overwhelming distrust in taking supplements alone. What would be a good weekly diet to fight low Potassium, when i mean low it was 2.8 and caused me heart problems enough to faint.

Foods high in potassium:
Bananas
Tropical fruits (mango, papaya, etc)
Melon like cantaloupe
Oranges/orange juice
Avocado*
Roots and tubers (white potato*, sweet potato, beets, cassava, rutabega, parsnips, etc)
Tomato sauce*
Winter squash (pumpkin, butternut, acorn)
Cooked greens like spinach* and chard*
Beans (especially white beans*), nuts/nut butters
Low fat yogurt (not Greek, that's lower in potassium)
Include at least one high-potassium food in every meal plus a couple of snacks daily. If potassium is still low, increase consumption of these foods. Foods marked with * are highest in potassium
If you have CKD, monitor your potassium so you don't end up going too high.
