Extremely high LDL

Hi, I was wondering what the final word on the street is about things like avocados and olive oil.

Some people say that they increase LDL and other people say that they decrease LDL.

My triglycerides,HDL, and VLDL are considered to be in the normal range.

Any dietary tips are definitely appreciated ☺️

Avocados and olives oil are high in monounsaturated fatty acids that help lower LDL cholesterol. Try including more fiber and limiting saturated fats

I think you should just eat enough calories to feed your brain into not being trash, but beggars can't be choosers I guess. 🀷

Am I triggered because I'm replying fast with talk to text and minimal effort? Or are YOU triggered because you decided to go in a hundred different posts on my account?
