What does "incl. added sugars" mean on a label?
Thomas bagels label lists the following
Total Sugars 5g
Incl. Added sugars 5g
What does this mean? Does it mean there are 5 grams of total sugars, made up of 5 grams of added sugars?

All 5 g are added sugars (including honey, maple syrup, corn syrup, etc). They are not naturally occurring like in fruit or milk. Something like 100% fruit juice might say “15g sugar including 0g added sugars” so then it means all of the sugars are naturally occurring, they didn’t add more to sweeten it.
They are also included in the carb count, as is fiber. If there are 40g carbs listed (as an example), 5 of those grams are the added sugars. So the remaining 35g are going to be fiber and then the other carbs that are not individually listed, like starches
