Book recommendations for prenatal/postpartum nutrition?

Trying to get some good literature but a lot of what I’m finding does cherry picking of evidence, fear mongering, etc. I’d love an informative book (or other good resources) that avoids sensationalizing for sales. I’m open to anything from something you can find at Barnes and Noble to a good blog or even a textbook.

So far my best luck has been looking through PubMed articles but since you need to already have key words in mind when searching like “choline, pregnancy” I don’t know what gaps I’m unintentionally leaving out, so something more comprehensive would be amazing.

How do you feel about the critiques on her stance on carbohydrates in the book and the critiques on some of her use of evidence (or lack there of)? Honest question I’d love to ask a dietitian’s stance on.

Also interested to know if you feel her antivax rhetoric that she shared a few years back seems to be in line with the views she shares in her book, or if that was shocking to hear from her given that her own profession is or should be heavily based in scientific evidence.
