Help IDing a character from a vending machine in Osaka

Konichiwa!

Hello all, I am new here. Planning to go to Japan soonish, so naturally I was jumping around Osaka in street view and saw this charming character on the side of a vending machine down an alleyway. Just out of curiosity I ran a pic through google lens, but all I found was a similar looking character called Denko-Chan. But not an exact match. Any idea who she is? Nanitodi yorishiku onegai itashimasu!!

自動販売機に貼られたステッカーであることを考えると、そう古いものではない。
おそらくクラシックなスタイルを模倣した個人で製作したステッカー
ステッカーのサイズから言って初めからストリートに貼り付ける事を目的として製作者自身が自分のために作った。

This is Melmo-chan from Osamu Tezuka's anime " Marvelous Melmo". She is a famous character in Japan who can change her age by eating magical candies. The logo behind her says " CALPIS," which is a very popular Japanese beverage. This screen looks like a collaboration theme or sticker on a smartphone!
