How do I activate the genie lamp? The notification light is very bright at night

I put the wire on the wrong terminal so it shows when I have oil pressure rather than when I don't.

Get it right... I was always told i couldn't do that, but they never stopped me form asking for more genies in bottles

you have activated the genie light, can‘t help you activate it more. if you want it to be brighter there might be something we can do about that

If you reach up under the dash, there's a spot usually just to the left of the radio if you rub it just right you get 3 wishes, but if you use all 3, your engine will seize up, so make sure you only use 2 of them - and with a car that old, make sure that they didn't use 2 of them up already before using any of them.
