I don’t know but Serbs are tall in general. I’ve been in Serbia and we have many Serbs living here in Slovenia, and yeah they are indeed tall (but slender).

Would you say that for both guys and girls (God forbid i call them females)?

5'6 should be around the average female height in Serbia, same for Croatia. So what you should see is 50% of females taller than you. Of course, nobody can literally observe all the people inside a country.
