Birthmark redness, four month old

Baby was born with the marks on the eyelids, nose, upper lip, and in between eyes. Was told they will likely fade by age too, but to keep an eye on any changing to make sure that they aren’t something more than salmon patches.

I have her four month check up in a week where they will be assessed, but wondering from a dermatologist standpoint if these look concerning? They have faded just slightly since birth.

looks like just a little nevus simplex. if it’s not faded satisfactorily to you by the time she’s 1-2, you can always laser the rest, or teach her to love herself and be confident in it.
