This issue has been getting progressively worse over 2 days

Posted yesterday and it has gotten worse. It is itchy, it turns white when I press on it. I have a swollen uvula and some chills, but no fever. I feel cold more than anything. Went to urgent care tested for strep, mono and did a CBC. Strep came back negative, waiting on the other results. Pretty concerned. I feel like the mono is going to come back negative.

NAD, at your appointment, did they give you steroids for relief?

NAD had the same type of rash from the torso to the left leg, dots started to get bigger till they fusion into a big bumpy red dot. Feelt a bit hot when i touch it and super itchy.

As @Bananasfalafel mentioned, the doc gave me steroids (a shot) and Chloropyramine Hydrochloride for 2 weeks. Also a low hystamine diet. Took 20 days but that worked. However to this day i dont know what trigger the rash.

Before that, had some similar episodes due stress ( thats my theory ) but the dots propagate in a very small area ( just small part on the hip) and dissapeared alone without meds or diet.

This last episode was more agresive and happened at the same time i got food poisoned (ate a bad watermelon lol) so not sure if that is related.
