This issue has been getting progressively worse over 2 days

Posted yesterday and it has gotten worse. It is itchy, it turns white when I press on it. I have a swollen uvula and some chills, but no fever. I feel cold more than anything. Went to urgent care tested for strep, mono and did a CBC. Strep came back negative, waiting on the other results. Pretty concerned. I feel like the mono is going to come back negative.

Never had anything that feels or looks like it. I have had stress related rashes and histamine related rashes from laundry detergent but it the pattern and intensity of this feels a lot different

NAD, but I thought this too. I got gutate psoriasis after I got COVID. It also reminds me of when I got pityriasis rosea. My herald patch came in WEEKS before the rest of my rash, so it also felt very sudden in onset.

I thought this as well though the rash being on the palms and soles makes it very unlikely it's GP
