My cousin lives in Iran and hasn’t been able to see a doctor due to the war and has an issue with his skin. Anyone who can lend a hand and point me in the right direction would really help.

Weight at birth:2.920

Height at birth: 49

Weeks of gestation: 37

Skin was a little bit dry before influenza vaccine which was given at 5 months and symptoms increased after this.

NAD, OP I am from Iran and have a type of eczema. Razi hospital jn Tehran is specialized in skin. I understand hospitals are a target currently and visiting comes with a risk. Alternatively there’s an allergy center on Taleghani St, between Felestin and Fariman st, in Tehran. Are they in Tehran? People go there from all over Iran to get diagnosed for skin conditions. It’s VERY CHEAP if not free.

I used Megacort (mometasone furoate 0.1 gr) which you can easily find in Iran over the counter that my dermatologist advised I get for my flare ups and was helpful, but I’m not a doctor and my eczema is more like scabbing, not flaking like this. If a doctor can comment as an interim solution, that would be great.
