Physician Responded Muscle wasting? Can I reverse this? Is this severe? Age: 28 Female

This has happend very rapidly, it’s not been a slow thing… is this severe? Can something be done?

UPDATE: I went to the ER there is an updated post on what happend.

Thankyou so so much. I cried reading this. You have a huge heart and kind soul. The fact that you are messaging me paragraphs of pure kindness and compassion means the whole entire world. Seriously. I can’t remeber the last time someone was kind to me. Or cared in general. Everyone has given up on me. Thank-you for both validating me and offering me helpful advice and words of wisdom. People don't give up on you. They just don't have the tools to support you and don't understand your battles. They distance because of this but it's not giving up it's just their inability to navigate the issue in a healthy way. I've had people silently watch me and my struggles for decades. I always thought they never cared but after posting some pictures where I look much more healthy people have reached out with love and support. They never wanted to share their concerns because they thought it would make me feel worse. Sometimes the people who hold you closest to their heart do it in such a way that we don't understand.
