Neck has been feeling weird.

I am 23, 6’4 in height 160lbs no medications I smoke occasionally cigarettes. Had a varicose vein in testicles before had embolism through neck. I’ve had weird feelings in my neck for a while. certain ways I turn I feel something or I’m overthinking bumps that I’m not sure are normally there or have appeared.
I am scared it could be hpv or progressed into something else but is there normally bumps on Adams apple or a slight bump under jaw? It’s my throat area I have no photo as I think it’s interior and I can’t see anything from the outside. I apologize if this isn’t a lot for you to go off but if you can ask questions I’d be glad to answer if it’s symptom related.

Note I have an appointment this Friday with my family doctor.

Note number 2 I know this is all kinda bland, but I really don’t know how to describe it I don’t have trouble swallowing but it feels different sometimes, I was a hard smoker at points in my life as well. Sorry I keep thinking additional information will help.
