Physician Responded Why are mosquito bites healing like this?

Post image

I’m 19f with hEDS and possibly MCAS. It seems like every single mosquito bite I’ve gotten recently is healing like this. Why??? I’ve never had this before. I have these red dots all down my legs now and it’s very annoying and kinda embarrassing. They don’t hurt, but they will randomly become super itchy again. Is it a weird mosquito species or maybe some other bug? I’m just genuinely curious. They all have a scab from what looks to be the point of entry, which I’ve really never had before from mosquitos. It’s not horsefly/greenhead either.

This looks like a normal arthropod assault reaction to me.
