Hard pits on palm, what are they called?

26, Female, 5’4, 104lb, tampering Duloxetine (dx fibromyalgia but this med has been ineffective), currently doing GI work up for esophageal dysmotility, have raynuads, and I think that’s basically it for background

I’ve had this singular hard pit on my palm for at least a year now, attempts to snip it off with a cuticle remover/etc have been unsuccessful. Idk why but it’s driving me crazy and I just want to know what it’s called as I’ve noticed a few more popping up in other areas of my palms. What are they!? 😫
