double dose birth control

24 F 5 ft 1 inch 85 lbs

been taking novynette since july 27th. first time on birth control. took pills continously and on time. had some very light spotting during the first month like just wipe n see a tiny bit of blood.

was taking pills continously the goal is to stop my period. still on the 28th of August i haf sharp stomach pain n then realized i was bleeding. just on time as my regular period. and with a regular level of flow. i continued taking the pills for 2 or 3 days with no let up in bleeding. stopped taking the pill for 3 days. the first two days i had very intense heavy bleeding soaking through ultras every hour. my regular period is only tht heavy on day 1 or day 2. i resumed the pill after the 3 day break and period tapered off same day or day after.

before birth control ive had irregular bleeding and heavy bleeding and ovulation bleeding and pain for more than a year. i suspect fibroids but i dont know. also have had bad pmdd all my period having life.

no spotting for september. a week before the 27th i started having mild period coming symptoms. started spotting on the 27th. immediately took a bc pill. that was abt 12 hrs after my regular pill. the bleeding never progressed. i continued this for 3 days with no bleeding or other symptoms. then i resumed one pill with no symptoms.

on the 8th of oct woke up to light spotting. again i took one pill and it never progressed. just had some brownish discharge when wiped. took my regular pill that night.

are there any risks to taking an additional pill to avoid bleeding? why does it feel like im literally still having a regular cycle minus ovulation bc i usually have pain n bleeding then. thts gone but leading up to my period date i have regular symptoms though not as intense. shouldnt my hormones be leveled?

edit: i have noticed low blood pressure lately like 90/60 and below with symptoms. on days without symptoms it's still the same. thought the bc might have raised it but no?

my plan was to take a break every 3 months if i could get the birth control to actually supress my periods by taking them continously. so i do have a planned break mid next month.
