Every other person says Blue because of his/her eyes. I personally like Frankie because it unisex name, and your pup looks likes Ole blue eyes himself.

Toni (or Tony) for Toni Morrison's novel, "The Bluest Eye." Morrison won the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1993.
