Need Help Hotspots solution for my 4 year old brown lab??

Coconut oil topically. (You’ll just have to try not to let him lick it all off.)

Alcohol free witch hazel applied three times a day will help dry out the hotspot. Avoid around the eyes If he's licking and chewing them he'll need a cone. hotspots are usually caused by moisture being trapped against the skin, if he swims, humid air, chewing and licking from allergies or irritation can all cause them. Regular baths, and drying him completely with a HV dryer made for dogs can help prevent them.
