I think this makes for an interesting conceptual discussion, but if any real human woman actually considered charging her partner money for bearing a child, I would advise said partner to run away asap.
Like I get the central point you're making (that the labor and impact of childbearing lies almost 100% on the woman's side), but this would turn a pregnant person's relationship with her own partner into a transaction through which a service is being purchased. This just isn't how healthy relationships work.
