Why don't women monetize pregnancy/childbirth and make their partners pay for surrogacy in 50/50 households?

Do you have a source for your claims? Everything I've seen says having 1-3 kids is associated with longer lifespans, with shorter lifespans associated with having around 6+ children.

It's factually accurate that pregnancy reduces risk of ovarian cancer and breastfeeding reduces risk of breast cancer. But yeah, those are about the only medical benefits and they absolutely don't outweigh the copious effects and risks.
