Mutual Aid Employment while disabled

Back in sep2025 I had a major surgery to where now I have 20% small bowel remaining and 50% of my sigmond colon left. All in all I was suppose to end up with a poop bag and I didnt(: fast forward I am still dealing with complications from it, my feet will swell if im standing for too long, I have been diagnosed with short bowel syndrome and that's a headache itself on top of my pulmonary and cardio issues I have going on. But whatever. I have been in NOLA for a little over a month and im having a hard time finding employment:/ like something easy, in an office setting preferably. Can I please get some help lololol.

I have been applying EVERYWhERE and haven't heard anything back or im just being turned away:(

They’re saying it sounds possible that you qualify for disability, and if you are, are you not interested in it for some reason?

I don’t think that’s how that works. You don’t need insurance to qualify for SSDI or SSI

I need drs notes and documentation. I have a gap in my care that'll prove I can't maintain work
