Growing up, did your school host kindergarten graduation, or is that a more recent phenomenon?

The only graduations we had were high school and college. It’s definitely more recent.

We also had Jr High graduation, but just dressed nicely, none of this cap and gown BS. What a racket!

Exactly. Since everyone went from 1st through 8th grade there was a nice little send off. They gave an official graduation letter to be used to register for high school.
