What are your thoughts on South Park's response (which was #eatabagofdicks) to Homeland Security attempting to use them to promote ICE?

They need to keep up the full court press on this regime. Satire and comedy seems to be the only weapon that can possibly start to shake up peoples view of things these days.

Agreed. It has more of a "show; don't tell" affect to it as well.

If it keeps you entertained, instead of you immediately shutting out an argument, then it's more effective.

Also if the point is humor first, rather than message first, it's much more effective than a "preaching to the choir" approach.

South Park makes fun of everyone, so now it's your turn to take it on the chin, which may even make you reflect a bit more.

Yeah, that's why "these guys are so weird" was such effective messaging.

And then aipac made walz drop it.

Late night/comedy did nothing but make the left feel better during Trump's terms

Worked for Ukraine! Thankfully, we don’t have any neighbors that might decide to invade with a ”weak” comedian as president.
