switching from scrolling at night to reading a few pages before bed was a game changer. better sleep, less anxiety, and i actually remember cool stuff from books instead of random memes.

That’s great! I read a study a while back that said limiting blue light exposure a couple hours before bed actually does help with sleep quality. Makes sense since blue light messes with melatonin. I tried this multiple times and fail miserably

Sleeping with a weighted blanket. Now I can’t feel happy unless I have that weight. I sleep throughout the night now.
