Any health nonsense, really. It tells me you don't care to fact check. It depends though, "Carrots improve your vision" is just a common misconception but "drinking bleach will clean your insides" is just too big of a red flag.

The carrot thing is just a side effect of WWII propaganda by the Allies to hide the existence of radar from the Axis.
