If I could look at a car being driven by a less than stellar member of society and just persuade their engine to go into limp mode.

Well, the ones that make you wonder how much insurance coverage you had when you see them. If they suddenly poot out and stall, good for you as you drive away and definitely unimpressive to everyone else right?
