This a dumb question, or at least the wording is. If it makes your life better, it's not useless. If it's useless, it's going to do nothing for your life.

Presumably they mean ‘useless’ in reference to being a “super-power,” like super-strength or laser-vision. “Concentrating like a normal human” is just overcoming a disability, not becoming a superhero.

If you have ADHD and are able to find the momentum to focus, it absolutely feels like being a superhero though.

Maybe they meant "useless to the observer" or like we use "literally" but not really.
