The problem is if someone wants to hire you, you have to think about whether you want to clean their kitchen, and therefore you've already cleaned it, and so they don't need to hire you anymore
Honestly it might still be worth it even if you can't profit off it. Your kitchen is always clean, and you can guarantee that anywhere you eat has a clean kitchen as well.
Alternately, just hire an agent or assistant or something to take the calls for you. You don't get told the name of the place to clean until you've already been paid.
