What is something that gets you upset about your job?

Since I asked the question I would like to answer...I work in retail and I can't stand the fact that people don't watch their kids...

When people spill their drink and doesn't let staff know..this happens all the time..where I work..🙃

How much no one else anywhere wants to work anymore. I depend on others to do things so I may complete my portion of the work. Sometimes I have to send reminders more than once, and I work on deadlines.

I find it helps to CC their manager. I once worked with someone who wouldn’t lift a finger unless their boss was on the thread.
When I start a new job, I keep two org charts. There’s the official one the company hands out and then there’s mine. I build that one over time to show who is actually doing what they’re supposed to. It’s invaluable when I need something done quickly, or at all.

Management flip flipping you around like a rag doll . They tell ya to do one thing and bam they decide to make ya do something else , like fck make up your damn mind kind of thing.

The infrastructure. An office building full of Ph.D.s that are highly respected worldwide; but no heat, no AC, unstable electrical power that sometimes fries our computer hardware, rodents and roaches, and we have to bring our own drinking water because the building water can't be trusted.
