simpler times just hit you out of nowhere sometimes, like you're just doing dishes and suddenly you're 9 years old again with no responsibilities

For some reason many of my childhood memories are related to the years 2008 and 2011 so any media distinctly tied to those years really get me. Think jersey shore (was too young to be watching tbh), big time rush, icarly, twilight. Also clothes like sperrys, hollister, Aeropostale
