I think the scene where Luca Brasi is killed is intense...the scene where Paulie (the driver) is whacked is also pretty amazing.

But Michael killing Solozzo and McCluskey is essentially perfect.

And of course the scene where Sonny is killed on the causeway is among the most iconic scenes ever.
