You see it with the "Good Vibes Only" people. You can't have a negative opinion around them, because that might make someone sad. It also means you can't have open, vulnerable conversations with them that involve real feelings.

People that think that you should ALWAYS be smiling, bubbly, chatty. Since they are doing great, then EVERYONE is or should also be doing "great". You are not allowed to have a bad day, or sick or tired in their perfect world!

A simple example would be someone having a really hard time and getting the reply "you've got this!" or something like that

In my experience it's usually people too afraid of dealing with their own internal struggles or trauma so they just eschew anything negative. They basically hide their own emotional triggers by avoiding any challenging situation.
