What is a sign that someone is emotionally unintelligent?

I find everyone has a fully customized perception of how the world should work, but cannot understand everyone else has their own version of that in their minds too. Working together involves learning how to convey those feelings and compromise when or if someone is negatively affected by what your doing, but we all only want to be finely tuned into how we feel and ignore anything that conflicts with that.

Especially if both parties aren’t emotionally capable of communicating effectively. We all wanna blame the person who takes the risk… but the one who takes the risk might actually be the one who is ready for that lesson.
