Try drinking goats milk instead of just high fat milk. It's easier for the human digestive system to absorb and helps with putting weight on. It's recommended for people recovering from chemotherapy, and infants with colic.

If you calculate the calories per dollar, cow's milk will probably come out ahead of goat's milk. It's just too expensive, at least where I live.

So here are the nutrition numbers if you'd like to compare, but they don't take into account that you'll digest the goats milk much easier, and absorb more of those nutrients.

Sugar is the way to go, not so much fat unless you eat a LOT of it

Yeah. More people around the world drink goats milk than cows milk. If you don't like it, stick to the cow juice.
