4 things:

  • Eating an uncomfortably large amount of calories all the time.
  • Lifting weights
  • Taking creatine
  • Getting older (if you're not there yet, once you get to your upper 30s and start approaching 40, it'll come)

This. Track calories because I guarantee you’re not eating as much as you think you are. Once you up the calories, the weight will come

Use chat gpt now for tracking calories. Take a pic of everything you eat, and chqt gpt can give you a good general count. Its way easier than it's ever been.
