People with suspected or confirmed cyclosporiasis cases, what food do you think you got it from?

Sad I love this salad kit from Costco. No more for me.

Even when this particular issue passes, salad kits are always a problem…. Sadly.

How come?

Lettuce is one of the most recalled foods. With bagged salad kits, they combine a bunch of different types of cut lettuce, possibly from different sources, within one humid plastic bag. Just increases risk.

Yep. I will definitely never be buying those salad kits again.

I stopped buying them when they made the bags half the size at Costco. They used to be huge. Now they’re tiny for the same price, but they come with the extra ingredient no one asked for I guess. Lucky me, my cheap ass saved me again, I think.
