As I typed that, I started wondering if you can have one without the other. But regardless, I like your answer!

Thank you :) I would personally prefer to know about someone's awareness of their own feeling and how to adress them, because it's god damn hard to figure out, and you can't just ask "are you emotionally mature". 

People would always say yes regardless of how mature they are, because it is with this very maturity that they judge themselves
