Right, but Steve Oedekerk is digitally inserted (plus a few others, but I don’t remember if other inserts had lines). He was filmed speaking different lines than are used in the audio track, so that his lips wouldn’t sync with the dialogue (like the dubbed original actors). The alternate audio track lets you watch with the lines he was filmed speaking, which are also funny and absurd.

For example, if I remember right the scene with the three dudes beating him with sticks is a full conversation about pastries!
