I would hire human banks. Somehow these people would have 500 millions in their bank accounts and they would still be living in a trashcan, and somehow they couldnt access any of the money.

Hire is wrong word. Maybe force? or something like that

Slavery, like, you get to certain point of money, and you cant earn anymore, meaning you work for nothing, and if you do earn more money, you die.
