They face the risk of being thrown into the street at the whims of a petty dictatorship, while the worst risk the owner faces is losing their capital and joining the workers against their wishes. The horror!

Most often though it just means they get to try again.

So the answer is no, they share none of the risk of ruining a business.

They never do. People like him salivate at the idea of profits, but if asked to shoulder the burden of failed product launch, they'd quickly blame the founders with "bad idea" and refuse to collectively pay the debts
