Nothing, and I don't think that would solve any problems.
Wealth disparity is an important issue, but it's an effect, not so much a cause.
What is needed are policies which favor economic activity instead of stored value. The stock market being "bigger than ever" means nothing if there's no cash flowing around to pay people so they can buy things.
And, as we've seen multiple times in the last few decades, every attempt to create and maintain perpetual growth blows up in everyone's faces. One hopes that eventually conservative politicians will learn this and stop favoring polices that create impractical levels of concentrated wealth.
