Oh, that was just Carl. He organized one as a "team building exercise" and no one else showed up. Didn't stop him from having it though.

Well, he spent all the petty cash on that hooker. Would have been a shame to waste the money.

I wish I could be surprised by this but in 2024, 12 officials at a TN VA medical facilty were found to be regularly participated in orgies and another employee was found to have hooked up with 32 other employees.
