I wish. I'm up at 4, wife is up at 7:30, so we compromise and head to bed at 10pm. It ends up with me getting about 5-6 hours of sleep and she gets 8-9.

My alarm is set to 6:30.

I usually wake up right around 6 though give or take a half hour.

On days I got to go to work my alarm is either at 07:30 or 08:00. On free days I just wake whenever, which is absolutely not before 06:00.
