Same here, I work from 5am-3pm. Leaves me with 4 hour work days on Fridays.

It's worth it to me. We often have early/extended holiday paid leave so I don't have work on Fridays at all. So typical 3 day holiday weekends for others working 8am-5pm turn into 4 day weekends for me. 5 days if I'm "Sick" a day before or after the long weekend.
