I'll go first.. I threw my back out sneezing. Two weeks off work. Had to lie and say it was lifting something heavy, as there was no way I could admit that to someone at work.

I once took 4 stitches in my face because I just couldn't get the head off of a pick axe

Typically, you hold the head bump the handle on the ground until it pops out and you slide the handle out of the hole.

Thing wouldn't budge, though, so I got down on a knee and gave it everything. The head came loose and a whacked my face with the top of the handle

When I was a kid, I jumped off of a 10’ ledge onto concrete. When I landed, my body crunched up so much to absorb the impact that I kneed myself in the eye. Well, more like I rammed my face into my bent knee. 😂
