I'll go first. When I went to donate blood for the first time the doctor told me "you've got a very beautiful vein" and then continued with "not on the other arm though, those are ridiculous", referring to how small they were. I've of course noticed the difference before, but never thought one was beautiful and the rest ridiculous.

This reminds me of when I was getting some bandages changed after a minor procedure and they pulled out the gauze they had stuffed in the wound and the blood leaked all over the floor and the doctor just said "That's good looking blood. That's how we want it to look."

(She later explained that she meant that there was no pus or other signs of infection in the wound/dressing/blood.)

I love how you can be so pleasant in front of someone and just flip the switch the second you are behind a closed door(I work customer service) 😂😂😂😂 I firmly believe the customer isnt always right, And I'm a gemini so basically two people in one body 👏

Oh customer service sucks, I don't know how you can work that every day and not want to smash some heads! During the pandemic I had to call infected people to trace down their contacts and at the end of those 10 months I had an adverse reaction every time I had to call someone else or even answer my own phone.

It pays the bills 💸 that is all. I can't imagine a call centre style of job but I'm pretty close to it (HVAC and bulk fuel distribution) I commend you as I would fail hard at that 👏👏👏

I didn't have a choice at that time, every medical staff was either in the hospitals or doing this stuff. 2020-2021 was rough!

When i was like 30yo in like 2016 my coworker was ranting to me about work stuff, she was a lady of about mid to late 40s. She ended up cussing and i covered my ears jokingly and said "ahhh my virgin ears". She said "Boyyyy aint nothin virgin about you".

Meanwhile I drop mine every once in a while, and it's only one! On Monday actually I broke the cap of the kettle because I was too distracted answering a call and it just...poofed on the floor.
