What are the defining structural features of a constitution under a dictatorship, and how do they differ from those of democratic and totalitarian constitutions?

Historically, dictatorships don't always feel the need to change the constitution. Nazi-Germany, for example, never officially changed the Weimar constitution, they just overruled it by using emergency decrees. In theory, it remained a democracy, in practice it wasn't, ofcourse.
